History was made on April 2nd when over 100 attendees listened to presentations and even a demonstration of an unmanned aerial system. 
The event was cosponsored by the American Manufactuers Network and the IDA (Idaho Aerospace Alliance) with UAS as the theme. The green unit pictured at the lower right hand corner was actually flown in the parking lot to the delight of everyone attending.
Lt. Governor Brad Little was a featured speaker along with Director Jeff Sayer of the Idaho Department of Commerce and Ken Edmunds Idaho’s new Director of the Department of Labor.
It can be safely said the the event was a resounding success with thumbs up from everyone attending and many voices already inquiring about next year.
