Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance (PNAA)

Inland Northwest Aerospace Consortium (INWAC)

The Inland Northwest Aerospace Consortium (INWAC) is a regional alliance of advanced manufacturers, service providers, and affiliates that work together to strengthen and grow the aerospace industry along the Northwest I-90 Aerospace Corridor. INWAC includes companies from east of the Cascades in Washington State across North Idaho to as far east as Bozeman, Montana and from the Canadian border south to Oregon.

Aerospace Industries Association (AIA)

The Aerospace Industries Association represents the nation’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of civil, military, and business aircraft, helicopters, unmanned aircraft systems, space systems, aircraft engines, missiles, materiel and related components, equipment, services and information technology.

NIC (North Idaho College)

North Idaho College is a comprehensive community college located on the beautiful shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene. NIC offers degrees and certificates in a wide spectrum of academic transfer, professional-technical, and general education programs. NIC also plays a key role in the region’s economic development by preparing competent, trained employees for area businesses, industries, and governmental agencies.

Idaho State University 

Idaho State University in Pocatllo, Idaho offers a variety of certificate and degree programs related to aerospace. From aircraft maintenance technology to unmanned aerial systems and instrumentation systems engineering.

 

Sandpoint High School Aerospace Program

Sandpoint Idaho has created a new aerospace program for high school students seeking a career in aerospace from mechanics to pilots.

Northwest Trade Adjustment Assistance Center

The Federal Trade Adjustment Assistance program helps manufacturing companies hurt by import competitors to fund business improvement projects. Eligible companies can receive up to $75,000 in matching funds to implement projects aimed at improving sales growth, new market development, efficiencies, and more.
